Worldwide Shipping All items are handmade and shipped from our studio in Slovenia (European Union). We ship via DHL  to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your miniatures.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order / Custom items: Require 5–8 business days for crafting.

Shipping to Germany & EU

  • Delivery time: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Important Information for Customers in the USA 🇺🇸 Please be advised that due to customs regulations effective as of August 29, all parcels shipped to the USA are now subject to additional fees:

  • Customs Duty: 15% of the item's value.

  • Processing Fee: A flat fee of $17 USD charged by DHL Express for customs clearance.

How it works:

  1. Once your package is dispatched with DHL Express, it typically arrives in the USA within 4–5 business days.

  2. Within 1–2 days after dispatch, you will receive an email from DHL Express with detailed instructions on how to pay these additional costs.

  3. As soon as the payment is completed, your package will be released by customs and delivered directly to your address.
