Yes, your suitcase dollhouse includes all the furniture and accessories shown in the product photos, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please note: the little mice and dolls shown in the photos are not included — each suitcase dollhouse is designed as a complete home, ready for your favourite small figures to move in!
What is permanently fixed in the suitcase dollhouse?
The main structure (walls) and some larger furniture pieces (such as the kitchen and built-in shelves) are permanently fixed to ensure stability during play. Smaller accessories and decorative items can be moved and rearranged freely.
Is the suitcase dollhouse suitable for travel?
Yes! My suitcase dollhouses are lightweight and portable — all furniture fits securely inside when closed, making them an ideal companion for imaginative play on the go.

Please note: Buyers outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. I always declare the correct value of all items and am unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue them.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order / Custom items: Require 1–2 weeks for crafting before dispatch.
Important Information for Customers in the USA 🇺🇸
Due to customs regulations effective as of August 29, all parcels shipped to the USA are subject to additional fees:
- Customs Duty: 15% of the item’s value.
- DHL Processing Fee: A flat fee of $17 USD for customs clearance.
How it works:
- Once your package is dispatched, it typically arrives in the USA within 4–5 business days.
- Within 1–2 days after dispatch, you will receive an email from DHL Express with instructions on how to pay these fees.
- As soon as the payment is completed, your package will be released by customs and delivered to your address.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the item and the outer packaging immediately upon receipt. If the damage was caused by the delivery service, please contact them directly for a claim.
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. Upon reviewing the pictures, I will agree on a refund for the damaged item. Please note: the highest refund option is up to 40% of the item price; for a full refund, the item must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
I do not replace damaged items — I issue refunds only.
